Monday april 30:th

Hello again, I'm back :)
I have had awesome days in Uppsala!! so nice with an environmentchange!! we mainly relaxed and just hung out and looked around some... on Wednesday night we went to a christian student meeting(credo).. thursday we studied some and then we had dinner with two other friends.. awesome to see them!! long time since last!!
Friday we were in town the whole day.. sat buy the stream and had lunch and enjoyed the sun, then took a walk and sat down in a park and contiuned to read.. so soft and soo nice to be in the sun! got some tan :)
saturday we were home in the morning then we took a ride on the bikes to "Old Uppsala".. looked in the church and sat down at the café to read... then we went to the movies. Saw a swedish one called "se upp för dårarna". It was good, a real feel good movie :) I liked it!
yesterday we went to church and after that I took a walk with a girl I know from Delsbo.. really nice to talk with her get to know her more.. we had a good time!! then it was time to go home..
My friend and I have talked a lot, nice!! it has been a lot of church talk, especially about growth and to plant new churches.. interesting!!

today I gotta study.. hopefully it will go fast and smooth..

new week

the weekend is over and a new week has begun... and what a start then =)
the drama and the youthservice on Friday came out just fine.. the youths got moved I think.. the drama was appriated..

The annual meeting on Saturday was boring, just formalities but it was nice to be at Hjalmared and see some old friends!! :)
On Saturday night Alexandra had a birthday party.. it was fun and nice!! yummie italian-croation food and then ice-cream for dessert.. *yuuum* :)

yesterday I cleaned my apartment.. it was needed!! the guy that lived here before me didn't clean well, I can tell you that.. the trims(baseboards) were really dusty and when I moved the carpet it was lots of dirt under it and a coin.. sigh.. can't belive he didn't clean.. well, nothing to do about it now.. after that I went to church. My prayinggroup was in charge of the service.. it all went ok and we're satisfied!! my startingwords, the sermon, the prayer, worship- everything fall into place and had a connection and it spoke to people.. and that's why we do it :)

Today I have been studying with two classmates.. it went really smooth and we got alot farther than we thought! and after that I went home and had a nap and did som laundry.. and then my praying group came..we have had an awesome night!! it gave peace, calmed down, gave hope and strength.. so nice.. :)
tomorrow I'm gonna study some more with my classmates and then go to church for a talk with one of the priests.. then I gotta pack- I'm going to Uppsala on Wednesday to visit a friend.. will be awesome to see him and hopefully some other friends there too.. :)

Friday :)

what a week.. busy but pretty good..
Monday & Tuesday I tried to study some..read some litterature.. Tuesday night we had dance.. and once again I had one of thoose horrible nights when I came home :( sigh.. hate it!!!
Wednesday I went shopping with my friend and her family.. really nice and exactly what I needed.. had to get away and get my thoughts on something else. Found some good stuff.. gift for scott(the dad in my au-pairfamily).. and some shirts and underwear for myself and schampo and stuff like that..
in the evening I went to see another friend to plan for the mass on Sunday.. which was pretty fast done so then we had tea and talked and so for a while :) really soft and comforting.. needed that day/night!

yesterday day I had to get up at 5 to go to Hjalmared and work .. oh my, didnt wanna get up I can tell you.. aweful..and I didn't wanna work but it ended really nice. Was ok and nice to work and be a "schoolcleaner" :) went straight to church afterwards to cook for the alpha course.. had fun with petra and we didnt have to stress and the food was appriated!
came home at 8..sooo tired.. it's awesome to lay down in front of the tv and do nothing.. except make some calls and send some e.mails.. get some stuff on the "to do list" done..

it's a lot now and the comming weeks.. two different things in school, gonna visit a friend for 4 days, annual meeting for the local efs(the church I attend), a frends birtdhday, pick up some bocks at the library and so.. hope i can manage it all and get schoolwork done.. and get some rest too..

well.. time to get this day started.. gonne have a moment with God, have breakfast and get started with the studying.. have a great weekend!!

new week

and new powers, new strength :)
had an awesome weekend!! it was a blast!! had a great time at the restaurant on Friday night, yummie food, laugh, talk, friends.. everything you need :) after we had eaten, some people continued to a bar and had some wine, cider and some went home..it was really relaxing just sitting in a quiete place and chat and have a drink.

On Saturday I had my exam. Could have gone better but I think I passed it and that was my goal so I'm not worried or so :) in the afternoon Sara & I went to Alexandra's place to get ready toghether for the big party in church. It was so much fun!! we had an really nice evening!! good food, fun songs & sketches!! really enjoyed it!! I just love the people in church so much, and the staff.. they are incredible!!

yesterday we're about 15-20 people from church that went into the woods and made a fire and grilled hot dogs, hung out togehter, enjoyed the sun and so.. really really nice!!! then we went to church.. good service! the worship was good and the sermon right on. He is good.. got touhed and restored but also confused.. as always when He is working.. :)
after the mass went to Jonas' place and fruitsallad and ice-cream.. soft & nice evening..

I'm tired today but happy.. I'm so glad I have all my friends and that I live close to them now!! what would I do without you all :)

ups & downs

hello sunshines!
have been a pretty ruff week emotionally.. had a nice chat with my friend on Tuesday evening. Nice and comforting to talk to someone about what goes on!!
On wednesday I felt a little blue & down but did som studying for my written exam that's tomorrow and then I went to church and hung out for a while before I went to school... nice seminar & discussion about youths, identity and so. The end of the day wasn't to good though, had an emotional breakdown but got some comforting sms from a friend and God spoke some encouraching and important things.. so I slept pretty good :)

yesterday I worked with the kids in church.. really nice & fun!! took some time with one of the priests too, the one I talk with regulary.. we prayed & talked really short. Soo good!! talked straight to my heart; gave strength & hope!!! in the afternoon there was a small service in churh.. we're only about 7 there but it was soo good. Comfortating, strengthening.. got really touch & moved and felt so much better afterwards.. God is really good!!! =)
Then I stayed in church, studied some, talked with some friends & so.. then a friend of mine & I went and had ice-cream.. a really nice & good day!!

Today I'm gonna study some more and hang out with friends.. then we're gonna go out and have taifood tonight.. looking forward to it! tomorrow is my exam and in the evenig there's a big party in church for us volountairs.. will be fun!! with thoose wacky & fun people that works in church it should be awesome!! :)

Tuesday

Yesterday I read some in my schoolbooks.. went really smooth & easy, thank God for that! so I'm done with the reading, now it's just to learn from all the notes from the lectures.. Then 4 friends of mine & I went to town and sat down at a bar and then at a café.. just relaxed and talked and had something to eat.. really nice and soft!! then we went to my place and had ice-cream & hung out some.. :)

Today I have been feeling a little blue,have been a little down and tired :( hate when that comes, have now idea to feel the way I do, but oh well, just gotta hang in and I know I will come out from it stronger then I was before.. right now I feel better,and a friend of mine is probably comming over tonight :)
Today I've watched a movie,Fucking Åmål. Had to see it for School 'cause were gonne use it in a discussionexam tomrrow.. interesting to see it again and think deeper about it.. then I took a walk in the sun, had a ice-cream and then I had lunch and took a nap...

and now I have had done some studying and had a snack.. should start thinking about some supper.. and study some more before my friend comes..

Easter

Jesus is risen, he lives!! rejoice and sing praise! =)
have had a really nice easter!! On Saturday I went to my friend to help her prepar the dinner. We had a really nice afternoon together with talk, rest, teabreak and so! then in the evening the others came and we had roast lamb, veggies and root vegtables.. yummie!!! we're about 10 people, had a really nice and fun time!! pearpie for dessert :) after that we all went to church for the midnightmass..it was good but not as happy and rejoiceful as I thought it would be.. it was dull and never "woke up".. but Christ is risen anyway :)

had a really soft and calm Sunday, were just home reading and watching tv and took a nap. Then I went to church a little early, didn't wanna sit home anymore.. talked with the people that was there and helped prepar for the service. Got to read one of the texts and attend in a short drama in the service :) it's a really good, happy, rejoiceful mass. Celebration!! =)
after church and the churchcoffee some friends of mine and I went to a friends house and had chocolatecake and chips and talked and watched some tv. Nice & soft!!

Today I need to start studying.. have an exam on Saturday :( don't wanna, but need to.. so now you know what I'll do this week ;) please pray if you want..
well, gotta get some breakfast and get started with the studying..

Good Friday

Hello..
today it's good friday and easter is here.. has been a good day, not a usual good friday day I suppose but nice..

but first yesterday,Maundy Thursday..
woke up and had a pretty calm and nice morning. Were just getting ready to go church to have a talk with one of the priests when he called and said that he wouldn't be able to make it 'cause it was chaotic at home.. I got so dissapointed but what to do? 10 minutes later he called back and asked if we could take it in the evning after the mass we were gonna have, he felt really bad for what happend.. of course that was okay even though it has already ruined my morning a litte.. so I was home and fixed some more in the apartment and took a walk..
then I went to church to help out prepare for the mass/supper we're gonne have..thought it was better then sitting home feeling sorry for one self :) it was fun, nice and gave energy to help out and it was appreciated.. the mass/supper was different but so nice, meaningful, comforting.. it was wierd feeling & experience to taste parsley(persilja in swedish) & leek(purjolök in swedish) dipped in salted water, eat some bread, wash each others feets and other things like that and to do it slowly and let it take time.. and it was touching & powerful to share the communion in such atmosphere!! It was suppose to illustrate Jesus first/last supper with his disciples.. really spoke to me! powerful I can tell you..
afterwards I helped clean up and I got to talk with the priest.. well needed and nice!!

Today I went to the mall with two friends.. we had dinner at Max(fast food hamburger-restaurant) and looked in some shops.. then we went home to change clothes and then we met up in church to have supper together before Maria,one of my friends, started working and the service was to start.. good friday masses aren't fun but different and makes you appriate the other ones more :) but it's something nice and touching about the simplicity and to not have drums, guitars and so to the hymns. It's strange & unusal but kind of nice in some way..
after the mass some friends came over to my place, we had waffles, bread, and chips, candy and we talked and look at some pictures.. really nice evening!!
as I said, a litte different good friday with shopping and so, but a nice one :)

wednesday

hi friends.. I just got back from a walk.. took a strole around the neigbourhood,bought an ice-cream and mailed a postcard to my parents..
otherwise I have been unpacking stuff and fixing in my apartment.. almot done.. just my cd's and movies left.. and some pictures and cards I wanna put on the wall..

yesterday I had to go to town too, return a book to the library. It was due yesterday, good thing I saw it in time, otherwise I would have had to pay a fee.. not fun.. after that I went to the store to do some groceryshopping. And there I met to friends from church :) they were on their way up to church so I did a quick shopping & follwed them.. hung out with them, talked and prepared some things for tomorrow.. And then we made some supper together.. really nice!! and yummie.. :) pasta and pastasauce with ham..
I really like when it get spontainious like that. and it so much more fun to eat with someone then alone.. I really love my friends and hanging out with them.. so easygoing..
Then I had worshipdance.. was tired and had a backpain but it went okay anyways.. we are dancing to a song called "best friend" by P.Diddy right now.. I was so tired so when I came home so I just watched tv and then went to bed..

well.. not much more has happend.. the sun is shining, but it not as warm as last week.. :( I think I have to go the mall to find a birthdaypresent for my friend..

break in the unpacking

hello there!
taking an break in the work of unpacking my boxes.. going pretty well.. got my clothes and the bathroom and cleaningstuff unpacked!! and I put my winterclothes in the basement in the storehouse.. feels nice to get some boxes out of the way!

I'm a little disapointed at the guy that lived her before me.. he didn't clean very well :( so now when I'm unpacking the kitchenstuff I have to wipe & clean all the cupboards and cupboard doors.. *sigh* I had to wipe the closet too when I unpacked my clothes.. oh well, nothing to do about it now.. Just have to do it so I can contiune unpack my stuff and get done :)

yesterday I clean my apartment in alingsås.. got som help from my sister-in-law.. when I got back to my new home I took a walk with my friend sara that lives cloose by.. after that I relaxed some and then we went to church.. it's a good service but not as good as Saturday night!!

new apartment

Hi there :)
just spent my first night in my new apartment.. feels good. I slept pretty well.. the move went fine, no promlems and no broken things :) now it's just to unpack everything and get settled in.. but today I'm gonna clean my old apartment. *sigh* don't wanna, but have too. but my sister-in-law will help me so it shouldn't take so long and company makes it so much more fun!!

Friday I pakced the last stuff, took a walk with a friend and then I went to church for the youthservice.. so good!! really nice evening!! stayed for a little while at the youthcafe afterwards and then I got a ride home with one of the pastors, who lives in Alingsås. Nice chat about lots of different things..

yesterday I moved and than one of my friends that helped stayed.. she was sleeping on my bed while I was fixing with stuff.. nice with company :) then we went to church to attend a worhshipmass.. awesome evening!! sooo good! can't decscribe.. really good sermon,tuition and awesome, powerfull worship.. God was there!!
afterwards I went to McDonalds with some friends to have ice-cream and just hang out.. really nice and fun. we laughed, joked and had fun.. awesome evening !! encouraching, confusing, sothing.. yes,everything..

so, now it's breakfasttime and then get ready and take the train to alingsås..
feels really wierd to live "down here".. but it feels good and so nice not to have to take the train home every night. I can just take the bus or get a ride with some of my friends :)
